On the ground, Lufthansa operates four different lounge types within its destination network. There are three departure lounges and the Welcome Lounge for arrivals only. The first class terminal at Frankfurt Airport is the first of its kind with a staff of 200. The terminal features a restaurant, cigar lounge, bar and bath facilities. The approximately 300 daily guests are driven to their flights by a choice of Mercedes Benz or Porsche motor cars.
